Prickly Pear Syrup
Our Prickly Pear Syrup is made from locally wildharvested prickly pear raw fruit juice and organic cane sugar.
This item requires refrigeration to prevent fermentation. It keeps for at least 3 months when kept refrigerated with the bottle relatively full. Pour into smaller bottle/jar to prolong its freshness or prevent fermentation.
It's an excellent addition to margaritas, cocktails, mocktails, smoothies, pancakes, waffles, ice cream, or anything you can come up with!
Make pink whipped cream by adding a couple ounces to a pint of heavy cream or coconut milk and whip together.
Currently offered in 8 oz or 17 oz swing top bottles.
We can only ship during the cooler months (roughly Oct-early April) as the product easily ferments when exposed to temperatures above 70F for prolonged periods of time. Otherwise, it is available for purchase by Local Pickup when in stock.
