Prickly Pear Fruit Powder

Ingredients: 100% wildharvested prickly pear fruit - nothing else!

Our Prickly Pear Fruit Powder is made from locally wildharvested prickly pear fruit. We use both solar dehydration and an electric dehydrator to produce our fruit powder.

The fruit powder is a vibrant reddish-pink and has a slightly sour and sweet flavor.

It's an excellent addition to smoothies, baked goods, pancakes, or as a topping dusted over frothy drinks.
